CP Hose (short for Canvas Pipe Hose or Controlled Percolation Hose) is a woven jacketed fire hose made from high-strength synthetic or cotton canvas and lined with a rubber or elastomeric compound. It is widely used in firefighting and industrial applications for water delivery under pressure.

• Outer layer made from woven canvas (cotton or synthetic fibers)

• Inner lining typically made of natural or synthetic rubber

• Available in standard sizes (e.g., 63 mm diameter, 15 m or 30 m length)

• Can be used with instantaneous couplings (as per IS:903)

• Flexible, lightweight, and durable

• Operates at typical working pressure of 7–10 bar; test pressure higher

• Available in controlled percolation or non-percolating types
